The app matches the ticket requester's email to devices in JAMF Pro and displays comprehensive device details right in the Zendesk sidebar.

Requirements

Setup

Installation takes just a few minutes:

  • Create an API Client in JAMF Pro with read-only permissions
  • Install the app from Zendesk Marketplace
  • Enter your JAMF Pro URL and API credentials
  • Start viewing device info on tickets!

Security

  • API credentials are encrypted using Zendesk's secure settings
  • Credentials are never visible in browser developer tools
  • No device data is stored - fetched in real-time from your JAMF Pro instance
  • All communication over HTTPS
