Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the applications and services provided by RMA Apps ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
RMA Apps provides Zendesk sidebar applications that integrate with third-party services such as JAMF Pro and UniFi. Our apps display information from your existing systems within the Zendesk interface.
2. Account Requirements
To use our apps, you must:
- Have a valid Zendesk account with appropriate permissions to install apps
- Have valid accounts and API access for the third-party services you wish to integrate (JAMF Pro, UniFi, etc.)
- Be authorized to connect these services on behalf of your organization
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use our apps only for their intended purpose of viewing device and network information
- Provide accurate API credentials for your own systems
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our apps
- Not use our apps to access systems you are not authorized to access
- Not exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to overload our services
4. Third-Party Services
Our apps integrate with third-party services (Zendesk, JAMF Pro, UniFi, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:
- The availability or functionality of third-party services
- Changes to third-party APIs that may affect our apps
- Data stored in or managed by third-party services
5. Intellectual Property
Our apps, including all code, design, and documentation, are owned by RMA Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for their intended purpose.
6. Privacy
Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle information.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- Our apps will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Information displayed will be accurate or complete (as it depends on your source systems)
- Our apps will meet your specific requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RMA APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Errors in displayed information
- Unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMA Apps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our apps, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
11. Termination
You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them from Zendesk. We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
